Gentle Yoga is a great class for beginners or those preferring slower, more mindful movement.
We'll work on balance, flexibility, and strengthening our core, with plenty of time to adapt to all fitness levels. Option to support with a chair, if needed.
Please bring: yoga mat, water, pillow (optional).
If you need to borrow a yoga mat, please let me know ahead of time so I can have one for you.
