Vinyasa Yoga improves strength, flexibility and balance while linking breath-to-movement.
We'll flow through several Sun Salutations, along with gentle core and standing balance work to get our hearts pumping, followed by "moving meditation"
Please bring: yoga mat, water, pillow (optional)
If you need to borrow a yoga mat, please let me know ahead of time so I can have one for you.
